All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 2pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, P.O. addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
IRFE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by IRFE.
PERFUME RETURNS
You can make a return at anytime within the 30 day period from the date you placed your order with us.
Please note:
Refunds include the retail price of the returned product shown on the verified dispatch note.
Refunds can only be credited to the original method of payment.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
You’ll need to pay postage.
Automated or third-party claims cannot be accepted.
We recommend to obtain and keep your proof of postage until your return is finalized.
Any revised or altered products, or any products returned damaged, used, unsealed, incomplete or soiled, may not be refunded.
If your return does not comply with the above and our terms and conditions, Maison IRFE will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the product(s).
GOWNS RETURNS
Maison IRFE offers returns on full price merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed with the original tags attached. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment.
Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Full-priced items purchased may be returned for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail.
Returns can be made at the IRFE Showroom at 745 Fifth Avenue, suite 510, New York, NY, 10151 or by using your own shipping method.
You'll need to pay postage.
When choosing your own shipping method you are responsible for your package, we recommend recording your tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged merchandise or merchandise returned without the original tag may not qualify for a refund. Maison IRFE reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise returned does not comply with our Returns policy.
